It’s crazy how fast kids grow up; it feels like just yesterday that I brought my daughter home from the hospital. Now she’s coming up on preschool age and old enough to start learning the alphabet! Music is a great way to help little kids learn, so here is my go-to playlist of ABC songs for toddlers to help her get a head start on preschool.
My List of ABC Songs For Toddlers
1. ABC Song – The Learning Station
This is a charming traditional ABC version from the learning station. It has a variety of adorable backgrounds, some relaxing, some goofy, and it even has an ASL diagram background in there.
2. ABC Dance With Me – Mother Goose Club
The Mother Goose Club has a fun twist on the classic melody along with a bunch of dance prompts to combine physical activity and learning.
3. Phonics Song – Mother Goose Club
This is another ABC song by Mother Goose, but this one is focused on the phonics aspect of learning.
4. The A,B,C – Pocoyo
The adorable illustrations in this ABC song are sure to win your toddler’s heart over.
5. The ABC Alphabet Song – English Tree TV
I love this UK acoustic take on the classic alphabet song, and more importantly, so does my daughter!
6. See It, Say It, Sign It, ASL Alphabet – Jack Hartmann
This is one of my favorite ABC songs for toddlers on the list because not only does this video teach the letters of the Latin alphabet, it also teaches the ASL alphabet.
7. ABC Song – Kids Preschool Baby Nursery Rhymes and Children’s Songs
This is a very soothing (and short) version of the classic alphabet song, accompanied by piano and with gentle sky background graphics.
8. ABC Song Zed Version – Little Baby Bum
Little Baby Bum has adorable graphics with a variety of characters holding letter balloons in this ABC song video.
9. Sing Along With Baby Shark ABC – PinkFong
If your toddler loves baby shark, then she’ll love PinkFong’s baby shark alphabet sing-along song.
10. ABC Song – DJC Kids
The letters are brought to life in this alphabet song, and most parents will be relieved to know that the singer has a lovely, soothing voice.
I mean, toddler songs aren’t exactly my favorite type of music, but if my daughter is happy, I am happy. And I love that these songs help her learn while having fun at the same time! She doesn’t even consider it work since dance parties are her favorite activity.
