Brendan – Brendan is an Irish masculine given name, derived from the Gaelic name, Breandán. The Old Welsh breenhin is the root of the name, meaning “prince” or “king”.
Brennan – This name is derived from the Irish surname, Brennan, and means “raven”, “sorrow”, “drop”, or “brave”.
Burke – The name, Burke, means “from the fortress” and is of English origin.
Calhoun – Calhoun is a charming Irish baby boy name and means “from the narrow forest”.
Callahan – The name, Callahan, is a boy’s name of Irish origin, meaning “bright-headed”. This name has history back to the ancient King of Munster.

Cillian – Cillian is a popular Irish name for baby boys meaning “little church”. It is usually pronounced Kill-eean.

Donnacha – The name, Donnacha, is a boy’s name meaning “brown-haired warrior”. While rare in the USA, Donnacha is one of the more popular names in Ireland. According to legend, Donnacha was a High King of Ireland until his death in 1064.
Donnelly – Donnelly is the anglicized form of the Gaelic “Ó Donnghaile” and means “decendent of Donnghal”.
Eamon – Eamon (pronounced AY-mon) is of Irish, Gaelic, and Old English origin, and means “wealthy protector”.
Eoin – Eoin (pronounced like Owen) is an Irish baby boy name of Irish origin and means “God is gracious”.
Faolan – Faolan is of Irish and Gaelic origin and means “little wolf”.
Fergal – The name, Fergal, is a boy’s name meaning “brave” or ”manly”. Very common in early Ireland and still in use there today, it was the name of an eighth-century high king and also a saint.
Fergus – Fergus or Feargus is a common Scottish or Irish male given name derived from Scots Gaelic, meaning “the angry one”.
Ferris – The name, Ferris, is a boy’s name of Irish origin, meaning “rock”.
Finn/Fionn – It is derived from a byname meaning “white” or “fair-haired”.
Finbar – Finbar is an Irish given name that may also be spelled Finbarr, Finbarre, or Finnbar. It is derived from Fionnbharr, an old Irish word meaning “fair-headed one”. The anglicized, shortened translation of Finbar is Barry.
